in Apex 19.1 Generate Swagger Doc => Failed to load API definition. in ==> https://editor.swagger.io

Hi,

I'm with db 12.1.0.2.0, I just upgraded from apex 5.1.03 to apex 19.1

In Apex 19.1 when "Generate Swagger Doc" from oracle.example.hr send a error "Failed to load API definition".

If I just run https://app.cobrotech.com/ords/cobrotech/open-api-catalog/hr/ delivery "404 not found"

apparently I have something wrong configured

Any idea is very welcome
