Can any one let me know the ODP.Net (Oracle.DataAccess) dll version and the corresponding supported Oracle Database version (11g, 12c).

Also how to identify whether to build the .Net app using 32 bit or 64 bit architecture.

Currently we have 11g and 12c database and when we change the dll we get the "could not load file or assembly" error.

You can use ODP.NET 12.2 if you need access to the earliest version of Oracle DB 11g. If you are using DB 11.2 or higher, then ODP.NET 18 or even 19 will be fine.

In Visual Studio, under Project-->Properties-->Build will tell you what bitness your app is targeting.
