Windows Server 2019, InstantClient, and ODAC

Hello,
I need to provide an Oracle client for new Windows 2019 servers will would deploy in the future. I see InstantClient 19.3 is now released that support server 2019. However, we typically use the ODAC package (which include the InstantClient in it) - and the latest version is only 18.3. Does anyone know if a new version will be released soon (assuming ODAC 19.3) which includes the InstantClient 19.3 in it (thus being compliant for Windows Server 2019)?
Thanks
NK

Oracle will be releasing ODAC 19c that contains Instant Client over the next month or so, starting with xcopy and culminating with the OUI version. Xcopy should be relatively soon. The OUI version adds new Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio features. Once those ODT features have completed, Oracle will then ship OUI ODAC 19c.

Just installed fresh ORACLE ODAC 19.3
why some OLEDB registry keys missing ?

In ODAC 19c, Oracle has decided not to write any Registry entries that just use default values upon install. You can still manually add those Registry entries. Oracle Client will obey those entry values.
The Registry entries that were added upon install in ODAC 19c use non-default values, which is why you do see some there.
