In Demand Planning, how does Oracle deals with sales devolution? (Negative quantity)
Hello, I am implementing Oracle SCM Cloud in a retail customer.
They informed that it is commum to have customers giving back products (Devolution) after some days they've bought.
In the integration process they will send to Oracle via FBDI of Shipping Hystory these positive values and negative values.
Does Oracle will accept these negative values as shipping history?
Thanks!
