Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.dll 4.122.19.1 version issue with Mono.Cecil

Hi,
we are using Oracle.ODP.Net provider in our Content Management System (Kentico).
recenty we upgraded this using nuget package manager to the latest from 4.122.18.3.
Now we are getting error from Mono.Cecil which is trying to read the assembly.
Then we rolled back to the old Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.dll version.
please help us to use the latest version from Oracle as it releases.

What is the error?
Is Mono.Cecil certified/supported to use ODP.NET 19c? If not, you may want to wait until support occurs.

where can we find out the certified assemblies?
thanks for your help

Since Kentico CMS is what you are using ODP.NET with, you should check with them or their web page since they are bringing the Mono.Cecil assembly into the mix.
