  •     Insert the MAC OS DVD in the optical drive.

  •     For downloading the latest drivers for your printer first open www.hp.com on your browser.
  •     From the home page, you have to go to the support page. You will find it on the upper left side of the hp website's home page.
  •     From the support page, navigate to Drivers and Software.
  •     Here you will be asked to enter your product name and then your operating system.
  •     Choose your MAC operating system.

  •     Download the latest drivers for your printer.
  •     After the download is complete, you may need to extract the files.
