NDB Mysql Cluster - Data nodes not connecting automatically during VM reboot

Ashok Karyampudi-OracleAug 8 2019 — edited Aug 9 2019

Hi All,

We are working on mysql ndb cluster and need the suggestion to bring up cluster up automatically:

We have ndb cluster with 2 management nodes , 4 data nodes ( having 2 node groups) & 4 sql nodes. So when we bring down 3 data nodes cluster comes down and wont come up automatically even those 3 VM's are brought up. Due to this cluster comes down and wont come up automatically even data node VM's are up and running. So need to manually restart all the data node VM's to bring up cluster. Is there any automatic way to bring up cluster in these kind of scenario's.

Looking forward for the suggestions.

Thanks,

Ashok K
