Hi All,

I am going to start the Oracle 11g Installation on Linux (Silent Mode) & I need help in configuring database on different partition. Below are the Linux partitions which I have created for oracle installation.

  • / partition 100 GB for installing oracle software files.
  • 2 TB partition
  • Installation Mode: Silent

Below is my .bash_profile for oracle user.

cat>>/home/oracle/.bash_profile
export ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle
export ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_BASE/product/11.2.0/db_1
export ORACLE_SID=RHELORADB
export PATH=$PATH:$ORACLE_HOME/bin
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib
EOF

Can anyone please help me where I need to mention data files path in response file while configuring.

Regards
