EBS/Forms does not get recorded

Hi,
I am trying to record and playback oracle ebs/forms first time and it does not gets recorded or playback.
Openscript version: 13.3.0.1
Java: Version 7 update 51
Jre: 1.8...

EBS/Forms does not get recorded playback . You can play back EBSs by clicking the Playback button. If you want to record an EBS, make sure the Display layout with recordings option is not selected in System preferences (thereby hiding EBSs). Also, make sure that the previous section’s setting for Automatically hide and show the Dock doesn’t apply here; if it does, uncheck this setting to see the recording buttons.

Every keystroke and mouse click is recorded by Oracle Forms, which writes the data into a file you specify. Run the Oracle Forms in Playback mode for the activity you want to repeat in another system, specmode. You specify. The forms will follow the instructions in the file.
