Change IP Address of report server

Weblogic 10.3.5

Oracle Forms & Reports 11.1.2          32bit

Windows 10

My report server is not starting because my windows server IP address has changed, now i need to change IP Address of reports server, how can i do that ?

EM(enterprise manager) does not seems to have any option to change IP address/hostname of report server.

How should we know?

We don't even know what third party library you are talking about.

Have t you tried to put out in the same directory as you would do for tomcat?

What is the WLS version? WLS doesn't make use of config.xml for third party jars. For JDBC drivers jars refer
