Run Standalone runtime option in Forms Builder 12c not working

Hi people.

I have one testing VM running Windows 2019 with Forms 12c (weblogic, database, everything...), on that same VM, if I open some .fmb in Forms Builder, I can successfully test this form by clicking on the button "Run Form", either opening a browser, or standalone if I have the option "Run Standalone" ticked in the Runtime configuration.

Now, I have another Windows VM on the same network, with only Forms Builder. I can successfully test using a browser, but if I check "Run Standalone" in Runtime configuration, nothing happens... (and no error returned).

What can I do to fix this?
