How to access transportAgentServer service externally

Hi All,

I am able to post inbound PO Acknowledgement into EBS through http://<instance url>:<port number>/OA_HTML/US/ECXOTAInbound.htm.

And this message is getting processed successfully as well.

I want to perform the same operation through http://<instance url>:<port number>/webservices/TransportAgentServer.

Need help in building custom webservice, to check if the URL is valid.

Can someone help me with this.

The service can be invoked through SOA/SOAP using below url:

http://<instance url>:<port number>/webservices/AppsWSProvider/oracle/apps/fnd/XMLGateway?wsdl
