.Net Core not found but installed

Hello. I've seen this question before, but I don't see an answer.
I have .Net Core runtime 2.1.21 installed. But when I start VS Code, it's not found by the extension.
I saw mention of starting as Admin, but that's not an option for me.
Information:8/19/2020, 1:39:55 PM:Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code activated!
[Error - 1:39:55 PM] Starting client failed
Launching server using command dotnet failed.

The image you showed just shows that ASP.NET Core is installed. That is not the same as the .NET Core Runtime..
Can you try installing .NET Core runtime 2.2?

Figured it out. Thanks for your help. I installed the wrong .NET core package.
