Previously, version 22.1 introduced a new configuration directory layout and an updated command line interface and installer.

Please read the release notes before proceeding with 22.1 and higher.

A bug with standalone ORDS consuming too much memory at startup has been fixed for 22.1.1.

ORDS for Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud Shared Services is currently at 22.1.1

Hey Jeff,

Where can I put in (or upvote) enhancement requests for ORDS? I need its CLI to be enhanced to support adding modifications to the web.xml file embedded in the ords.war file.

create a Service Request with My Oracle Support, then have them submit this as an Enhancement Request on the ORDS product.

FYI, the SR was completed with a new enhancement raised as follows:

Enh 32281114 - ADD COMMAND LINE FUNCTION TO UPDATE THE EMBEDDED WEB.XML FILE.

Not working on tomcat 10 due to java jakarta.servlet.Servlet vs javax.servlet library.

will there be some patch for it ?

eventually support for tomcat 10 will come, but it's not a simple thing
