Apex 19.2: SMS through Oracle Apex

hi all,

a store want to send SMS when Invoice created and printed for his customer. also want a user interace through which they wants to send SMS to the specific customers and others to whom they wants to.

searched here and found a link of topic here https://community.oracle.com/tech/developers/discussion/comment/15037273 and click on a link @Scott Wesley mentioned is not working. is there any API from Oracle Apex we can use to send SMS ( with or without PL/SQL) ? no matter it is for greater than 19.2 version of Apex.

and please, if it is, how I can do it. I do not want to buy an API, if any FREE API / Plugin available please inform with link of How To.

Oracle does not provide SMS services. You need to find one, but that is a simple google search. Usually it is a simple REST API, so really easy to program using plsql.

So, first step for you is to find a provider, than see what kind of API they offer. I doubt if there are any free services, since they have to pay the telecom provider for the SMS they send.

thanks @InoL , i searched for " free sms api for developers " and found one on rapidapi (dot) com,

the d7sms, its pricing tab shows 0
