Can't add weblogic 12.2.1.4 server to eclipse photon June 2018

When I am trying to add the runtime environment for weblogic 12.2.1.4 eclipse gives me no error but I am not able to proceed further. I have downloaded the latest version of eclipse from oracles website. It gives a warning "No applicable extensions found". I am using OEPE version 12.2.1.9.

Screenshot doesn't indicate an issue. Just select a Java home and click on Next. The Server Extensions section is just indicating that no applicable extensions that could be used are found, and is not relevant to WebLogic server configuration.

@dvohra21 I tried adding the java(jdk1.8.0_271) as well but the next button is not enabled to take it further.

Use Java 7. Oracle WebLogic Server 12.1.2 (seems a bug, should be 12.2.1 as the top of the page refers to "This chapter describes issues associated with Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0") supports JDK 7 for execution of server applications, and JDK 6 and JDK 7 for WebLogic Server 12.1.2 clients connecting to WebLogic Server 12.1.2 servers.
