APEX Survey Builder - 404 Error when submitting

Hi Team,
I'm running on APEX Application Express 20.2.0.00.20.
I've installed Survey Builder without any issue, but when I try to run any questionnaire, when I click on the Submit button, I get a 404 Not Found error.

When I try on apex.oracle.com it gives me a 503 error at the same step :-(.

Hi,
I'm also trying the Survey Builder and I get the same error when I hit "Submit" at the end of a survey.
Did you get a tip from someone how to solve the problem?

Same here, I'm new to APEX and i'm using the same version 20.2.0.00.20. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what.

Hi All, i managed to solve this by referring to another article located at "https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65203731/getting-404-not-found-error-on-running-oracle-ape-x-application"
Simply turn off the friendly URL feature. Hope this helps all. Thanks.
