Can Not Connect Database MySQL file.

I have downloaded a source code of a website from git hub. ZARIFA USA
I am using XAMMP as a local host server but I am not able to connect the database file of this source code to the template they've provided. It shows me 10-20 errors. I tried all by myself but nothing is helping me.
