 I need the query to get the data or count of account created in between 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months from the system date or current date separately . I need the query to get the output format table mention above with the use of decode function and pivot operator.

Whenever you have a question, please post a little sample data in a usable form (such as CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements), so the people who want to help you car re-create the problem and test their ideas. Also post the exact results you want from the given data, and an explanation (in general terms) of you get those results from that data. Always say which version of Oracle you're using (e.g. 12.2.0.1.0).

"With the use of the decode function"? Why is that part of the problem requirement, and not part of the solution? I don't even know how it would be part of the solution, but in any case, what business does it have to be part of the requirement?

Judging by the lack of answers both here and on Stack Overflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65539068/how-can-i-find-the-count-by-using-pivot-operator-and-decode-function I assume people are waiting to hear what you tried before they will be willing to work for you for free. That includes an example that is consistent with itself; the output you show can't result from the inputs you posted. If your teacher is lazy and didn't want to create a meaningful example, that's your problem, not ours. You need to create a meaningful one.
