Error "Grid Infrastructure Configuration" INS-20802

Dear All,
Trying to install 11gR2 grid on windows 2008 operating system. Network and shared storage is configured properly but in the middle of installation the installer stops with an error "[INS-20802 Grid Infrastructure Configuration failed]" There is nothing much in the logs.
Any clue why this is happening and what is this error code for?
Regards,

Thanks Billy. found this in the rootcrs log file:
2021-01-31 19:16:24: ### Printing of configuration values complete ###
2021-01-31 19:16:24: HKLM/Software/Oracle/ocr/ is already configured
2021-01-31 19:16:24: CRS is already configured on this node for crshome=C:\app\11.2.0\grid
2021-01-31 19:16:24: Cannot configure two CRS instances on the same cluster.
2021-01-31 19:16:24: Please deconfigure before proceeding with the configuration of new home.
But deconfig is not working:
cmd>c:\app\11.2.0\grid\perl\bin\perl rootcrs.pl -verbose -deconfig -force

I don't do Windows. Undo the installation. Clear the shared storage disks' headers. Discover Registry entries that remained behind and now stuffs up everything. Curse. Format the damn servers and install Oracle Linux. Have some coffee and relax.
