Oracle EBS - Concurrent Manager - Prioritizing Concurrent Requests from User/Program

Hello All,

Hope you all are keeping well and safe. We have a requirement to call Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) on demand and also use for Bulk Processing. Client doesnt want end-users to wait whilst the bulk loads are running to run the normal processing requests submitted via SRS. Client wants the RTP requests submitted by end-user to get prioritized first while the Bulk Processing requests of RTP can remain in low priority. That being said, client doesnt want to pile up the concurrent manager and make the instance slow. What do you recommend to bring this feature into implementation?

Thank you guys,

Abhilash
