Hi Team,
Where can we get this(Oracle MySQL January 2020 Critical Patch Update (CPUJAN2020)) patch? Also, Provide the document that describes steps to apply the patch. Can we apply this patch to Server version: 5.7.29 MySQL Community Server (GPL)?

You can not just get the patches. Please upgrade by downloading from https://www.mysql.com/downloads/

Database Patching is the process done for fixing bugs and improving system performance. It is the responsibility of the user to patch co-managed (VMBD/BMDB/Exadata) to autonomous databases. To apply the patches in MySQL first you have to update the patches. Then choose Product or Family (Advanced). Type MySQL Server on Products.
