Where is the community for OCI8 / php?

I am struggling in finding the right driver to supper connectivity between PHP7.0.13 x 86 and Oracle XE 11.2.0 x 64
I tried a few dll, all issuing php\ext\php_oci8_11g.dll' - %1 is not a valid Win32 application
OS : Win 10 64
My objective is this tutorial

I moved you post to the PHP category for now. There is an OCI category too, If you like the post moved to the OCI category, report it (use the flag command) and request relocation.

Thanks Timo
In the meantime I found the solution. Or I am a step closer.
I had to download the 32 bit drivers from instantclient.
instantclient-basic-nt-12.1.0.2.0.zip
php -i
OCI8 Support => enabled
OCI8 DTrace Support => disabled
OCI8 Version => 2.1.8
