Graph Studio not Available on ADB under Tools?

After creating my graph user and granting permissions I don't have Graph Studio as an option under Tools for my ATP database? Created an ADW and same issue exists. How to I enable Graph Studio for my Autonomous database?

https://adb.<region_identifier>.oraclecloud.com/graphstudio/?tenant=<tenancy_ocid>&database=<database_name>
It doesn't display as an option, but if you put in the URL it works. The easiest way to get the URL is to open the Oracle ML User Admin from Tools, then replace the URL for ml with "graphstudio" remove the login portions and strip off the end of the URL after the database name. You can then login with your graphuser.
