Oracle 18c Express on Windows 2019 Server

Has anyone installed 18c XE on Windows 2019? I get the following error from the installer: Error 1723 - problem with this windows installer package.

in Windows 2019 Standard with GUI I nave no problem:

  1. create local user with simple name like "DBA" and add to Local Administartors group
  2. just start setup.exe and put next-next ..., but no run as administartor

mistake: had no problem

of cause, you have to login DBA

Windows 2019 is not supported with this version of XE. It will be in future releases.
