Resizing Rows and Columns - OTBI

Creating an analysis in OTBI, how do I set columns widths using properties, to keep those widths persisted? When I adjust column properties, the values I input in the Additional Formatting Options do not affect the table/column widths. Is there something else that needs to be set? Thanks!
