XLSX export DATE issue

APEX 20.2

Database 11_2_0_4

I have an issue downloading in XLSX an interactive report or classic, using default XLSX download function with dates column. As you can see in the screenshot the dates in the report (field Tran Dt in the upper part of the screenshot) are normal in the interactive grid but make no sence in the export(field Tran Dt lower part of the screenshot). No mater what change I do in the report, (format, different date columns,different tables) tha date in the XLSX export is always 13/07/1905!!

Any advice will be very helpfull
