ebs R12 Purchasing: Loading Price Breaks via interface

Hi gurus
I'm facing problems trying to create/update price breaks using the purchasing interfaces. I'm populating the po_lines_interface tables with the corresponding information for the PRICE BREAK. Normally the line in po_line_locations is created but the price is not been populated based on the information in the interface. Is just getting the price from the line.
Apart from that, I'm getting constantly error with the shipment_num (error PO_PDOI_SHIPMENT_NUM_UNIQUE). This error is not possible as I have checked the shipment number in the po_line_locations table. I don't find how to proceed with this error.
Has someone faced the same issue?

If this really is a question about the SQL or PL/SQL languages, then post a little sample data for all tables involved (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statments), then exact results you want from that data, and an explanation of how you get those results from that data.
