CORS issue when trying to cunsume OIC rest API from Oracle Jet app

Hi,

I am getting CORS erorr when trying to call REST API published in OIC. in the rest definition Allow Origin * was set but still getting the CORS error.

Ant suggestions ?

    CORS is always going to be a server side configuration issue. There isn't anything from the client that can be done to get around it (without disabling security at the browser level). I would go to the OCI team and ask for how to get the CORS configuration setup correctly.

    You can also use tools like Postman to help test the URL without having to build up a JET application first.

    I hope you are giving authorization details as below while calling ajax post method: It will throw cors error if you dont provide credentials in base64.


        headers: { Authorization: "Basic " + base64Credentials },
