How to change the hover and underscore statement in the Navbar template

I want to change the color in the navigation list when the user hover over it and remove the underline.
I have searched the classes of my project, but I haven’t been able to find the correct instruction yet.
Thank you for your time

You would use Theming for this. If you are using Redwood, you would use CSS Variables
https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/jet/public_samples/JET-Theme-Builder-CSS-Vars/public_html/index.html (click on Instructions in the upper right corner for more info).
If you are using an older version of JET and the Alta theme, you would use SASS (scss files) to do theming. You can find a Theme Builder with that info by going to the version of JET that you are currently using, by using the pulldown in the upper right corner of the JET website and then going to Learn page. Here is an example for v8.3.0 of JET. https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/jet-830/public_samples/JET-Theme-Builder/public_html/index.html

There is also this section in the JET Developers Guide on Theming that may be of help. https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/developer-tools/jet/10.1/develop/typical-workflow-working-themes-oracle-jet-applications.html
