Oracle database 19c Minimum Hardware requirement

Dear Guru.

I'll planing to install Oracle Database 19c standard Edition New installation on Linux 8 or 7 with RAC infrastructure and I need the best practice and minimum hardware requirement to acheive my goal.

any available Documentation and the Expert opinion for accomplish my project.
