unable to install oracle forms and reports correctly

i am trying to install Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.3.0 but i am only given option of selecting standalone forms, what am i missing? I need oracle reports. this is the error message i get
Select a different install type or provide a different Oracle Home having all dependencies. Check http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?ctx=fmw122140&id=installhome for details about compatible products and install types.

Try it without a blank in the path name.

Try installing JDeveloper in a directory that doesn't have a space in it's name something like C:\jdev1013. Let us know if it solves your problem.
