unable to install oracle forms and reports correctly

i am trying to install Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.3.0 but i am only given option of selecting standalone forms, what am i missing? I need oracle reports. this is the error message i get
Select a different install type or provide a different Oracle Home having all dependencies. Check http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?ctx=fmw122140&id=installhome for details about compatible products and install types.

Hi
Copy-pasting large snippets sounds like you could benefit of using editor instead?
It is possible to define editors like: emacs, vi, visual studio code.
For vcode:
--open terminal in vcode and use sqlcl and e file.sql and / commands and enjoy
define _EDITOR=code -w -r
