Can You Transfer/Export Java Games From Mobile Phone To PC?

Hello, I found a Lost Sonic The Hedgehog 2 Java Game on this Flip Phone, I Contact to the post owner to see what Flip phone this is & this is the LG DLite GD570. Is there any way to transfer/export that Java Game & make it available to other player's that are using a Java Emulator (EX: J2ME) or obtain the JAR File?
