Oracle Identity Management 11gR2 task not getting triggered or getting rejected.

Hi All,

I am using Oracle Identity Management 11gR2 . There are few users for whom the Change Department and Department updated both tasks are automatically getting triggered in Lotus after the data is received by OIM through feed. But there are few users for whom only Change Designation task is getting triggered and Designation updated task is either not getting triggered or it's showing rejected.

There is one more confusion regarding Department and Designation Updated tasks. Both these tasks are not present in Resource History of Lotus when we try to add task. 

We are unable to understand the reason behind the updation task not getting triggered or getting rejected.
