SUN Identity Manager console not opening

Hello,

we have installed SUN IDM version 8_1_0_0_20090224. It stopped from a while, now we started services and it giving below error while opening IDM console. We have also configured Open SSO 8.0,SSO console working fine. And both are in glassfish server.

Error:

HTTP-500

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sun.identity.agents.filter.AmFilterManager
