Oracle APEX feature request application

It seems that Oracle APEX feature request application does not exist anymore. When I try to open https://apexapps.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=55447:1, it redirects me to https://apex.oracle.com/en/community/#ideas. Does it mean that it is closed? Will be there an alternative to it or it is closed completely?

I think they are working on new feature request application according last week Office Hours. Hopefully it is available soon.
