Which Forum should I put my question in for OCI

Hello Friends,

today I had created an OCI account using the link https://signup.oraclecloud.com/

After creating the account when I try to log in, it says that my login attempt has failed. I tried resetting my password by clicking on the "Forgot password" link but even after resetting the password it does not log in. It also says that if my account is locked, then it will have to be reset with the help of Administrator. But no where it has mentioned how and where to contact the administrator.

I do not know whether it is appropriate to put this question here. If not can anyone please direct me to the proper forum to put this question and get some help.
