SMTP exception while sending mails from IDM

Hello Community,

In my environment, a password mail send to users when password reset done in IDM. But now we are getting exception like below while doing reset password task.

Failure sending email: com.waveset.exception.ServiceNotResponding: 
==> com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 550 Denied by policy&#xA

We changed old mail server IP to new, still getting same error in tasks and mails not delivering to users. No related exception found in IDM server logs.

Please need help on this, to solve this issue.
