Install the Database Client - which response file to use?

I installed the database client of 12CR2, first the "Runtime", then I added a feature with "Custom" mode. For both installations I created an additional response file, using the button in the dialogue.

Now I have 4 response files - 2 manually saved, 2 saved by system. The problem is:

The manually saved files have 120 lines and 6 kB filesize, the others have 1800 lines and 79 kB.

Which one I have to use?
