SQL Developer Web Session Expired After Sign in

i want to connet my db with sql developer via ords .

but when i want to sign in, this error appears:

Problem Solved after reset weblogic.

i'm tried with fiefox in private mode , chrome in incognito and edge. all browser appears this problem !!!!!😑

i tried again after restart and i have that same issue . after click OK in session expire window , redirected me to following page that the username field value is null.??? 😑

We have exactly the same problem now.

What is meant "reset weblogic" ?

If this is a Weblogic re-installation, what options should you pay attention to ?

I am getting the same issue here. However, it is when I am running using Tomcat. 

Initially I tested using the built in Jetty server using HTTP. I was able to sign in fine to web SQL Developer.

When I move over to Tomcat on the same server (copying the war file to the tomcat webapps folder) I can access the rest enabled tables fine but when I try to sign in to SQL Developer I get the following errors: 

GET localhost /ords/hr/_sdw/_services/whoami/ 403 This resource must only be accessed over HTTPS. It was incorrectly accessed using HTTP

InsecureTransportException [statusCode=403, logLevel=INFO, reasons=[This resource must only be accessed over HTTPS. It was incorrectly accessed using HTTP]]

GET localhost /ords/hr/sign-in/session 403 This resource must only be accessed over HTTPS. It was incorrectly accessed using HTTP

Are there some extra steps for running with tomcat? Do I need to be running with HTTPS?
