the oracle xe database software is already installed on this environment

Hello everyone I have a problem when reinstalling oracle, the problem occurred because I have two partitions C and D, in the partition C had installed the oracle database but for space problems I had to remove it from the explorer, but do not delete the ide sqldeveloper that is installed in the D, when I try to install oracle database I get the error mentioned in the title.

So I saw on youtube a solution and I followed the steps but I still get an error when installing it

The images are after following the steps in the video.

1.Delete the environment variable

2.Delete the registries of oracle

3.Delete the oracle home user and groups

Here I had another problem because I currently have windows 11 home version and to access lusrmgr.msc I need windows 11 pro so I looked for an alternative and found that in github there is an exe of lusrmgr.msc so I followed what the video said.

I think the user that oracle database relates to was fabri I deleted it but I had to add it again because it is linked to other programs that I need, should I delete it again and try to install oracle again?

4.Delete BD_HOME and app

Doing all the steps of the video I still get the error of the title, what could be the problems.

I hope you can help me, thank you all!!!

The right way to uninstall XE on Windows is to go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall from there.

If you already did that: do you see OracleServiceXE in your list of services? You will need to remove that service.

Also, XE 21c is available now.
