Can i reuse the oracle pl sql packages and procedures in sql server. Or any other way it can be done easily.

    Doubtful. Depending on what the packages and procedures do, it is even possible that the translation to SQL Server can't be done at all, never mind "easily".

    For example, if your packages and procedures call functions and procedures found in Oracle-provided packages - how do you expect to be able to port such code to SQL Server?

    You can't even reuse a lot of pure sql, as each database vendor has their own implementation. As for procedural language (t-sql and pl/sql), they are entirely unique to the database product.

    So, the short answer to your question is ..... no.

    Just a thought: if all the ORACLE packages use is in ORACLE --> DB-Link might help?
