SOA RCU schema user password change in data source with script

We have got a requirement to change the password of the on-premise SOA server DB RCU schema users (like SOAINFRA, STB, WLS, WLS_RUNTIME, MDS, MFT, ESS, IAU, OPSS, etc) every quarterly.
There are more than 20+ data sources in WebLogic related to these RCU DB schema users.
Can you please provide your suggestions and how to achieve with scripts?
1. Is it recommended to change the password of rcu schema user in the soa db.
2. What will be the impact of changing the password for db rcu schema users.
3. Need the automation script to update the passwords of the data sources related to the RCU schema user in Weblgoic
