Why is this unwanted line displayed?

Hi All,
I have a page with a List Region. The list displays 'cards' with an icon. I cannot figure out where the line is coming from just below the icon. This line is only visible when I am NOT hovering over the card. When my mouse is over the card (I have not clicked on it yet) the line disappears. The same thing applies to the text, when my mouse is over the card the 'hyperlink' line disappears.
How can I 'deactivate' the 'line'. I do not mind the 'hyperlink' below the text but do find the line below the icon, annoying.

Can't debug screenshots. Please reproduce on apex.oracle.com. You may have to import an application with the relevant UT version.

While exporting and importing and 'undressing' the application, I found the problem. It is somewhere in one of the custom css files I am using.

That's one of the reasons why trying to reproduce a problem is always a good first step...
