How can I use Textfields within other Items' Texts

I have a checkbox group where the user can choose between three different options (Task done in time, Task done X days earlier, Task done X days later). I want the "X" to be some kind of textfield within the checkbox texts so the user can choose an option f.e. "Task done x days earlier" and also can type in "3" instead of the "x". Is there a way of nesting these items somehow?
