Recover from a loss of incremental backup

Hi All,
OS: RHEL 7
DB:12cR2
We follow an incremental backup strategy, level 0 happens every sunday but our db crashed on friday and when we checked we have the level 0 backup and all the level 1 backups till friday except for thursday, that is we do not have a days backup.
In this scenario, how we can recover from this?

Why do you need to do any recovery? Have some files been damaged?
-
Yes, few of the data files have gone into recovery status
-
That does not mean that they are damaged. What happens if you open the database?
However, if you have restored the datafiles, then you have a problem.
-
When you say the datafiles have gone into recovery, is that asking you to recover ? If yes, you have all the redo logs up until the crash, so, simply recover the files and open the database.
Agree, if you restored the datafiles, then you have a problem

Do you have archive log backup's ? If you have archive log backup's of Thursday then you can restore Level0 backup and be able to recover. It may take time as you don't have level-1 but you should be able to recover.
Also if you are recovering from block corruption then level-1 incrementals will not work, block recovery only works with Level0 and Archive logs.
