Upgrade 12cR2 databases to 19c with minimum downtime in a Dataguard setup

Hi All,
OS: RHEL
DB:12cR2
We have a 3 node RAC setup with respective 3 Node Physical Standby site on 12cR2, we want to upgrade the database from 12c to 19c.
What will be the best possible approach to upgrade the databases so that the same can be done in minimum downtime.

Please follow the below steps (its for 2 node RAC , however it should work for 3 node RAC as well)
