Unable to print PDF report in Apex 21.2

Hi,
We are using Apex 21.2 and have created one test report for PDF printing. However, whenever we are trying to print the report, it gives ORA-06512: at "APEX_210200.WWV_FLOW_ERROR"
error.
It's a simple report with the following query,
>>select 'test report' col1 from dual
Query is running fine when executed through Apex command run window.
Error details include :
HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "APEX_210200.WWV_FLOW_ERROR", line 1467 ORA-06512: at "APEX_210200.WWV_FLOW_ERROR", line 1502
I have gone through the below document for enabling network services and the configuration is completed, still the issue is same.
https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/application-express/21.2/htmig/enabling-network-services-in-Oracle-db11g-or-later.html#GUID-8D125731-989A-4A51-AFFE-00181729F87F
Please advise.
