Do we have file server in ATP DB ?

Hi All,
Currently customer is having OIC Integrations making use of DBCS for staging data and creating FBDI File in File server.
We are working on Integration Patterns in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , I want to know if we can use ATP DB server to store FBDI Files ?
