File Picker Is Not Working With Ojet Menu , 3 months it was working fine , suddenly , on ojet menu , file picker is not working

What changed in your code or environment?
What version of JET?
What OS/Browser?
What does "not working" mean in this scenario?

Integarting filepicker with oj menu & option is not opening filepicker dialog to select the files(I thing oj-option will create a anchor element in dom , forcing the menu to not open the file picker) , Jet version is 9.1 , there is no code change done since 6 months .
